We have a 10 day return policy on full priced and some sale items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do offer a self-serve return process.  Simply follow the instructions to initiate a return.

You can also contact us at info@adroitatelier.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. No monetary refunds will be issued. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note: Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please note that shipping fees are not refunded and the return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $250 CAD in Canada and over $350 USD in the United States.  If you prefer expedited shipping, that option is available at a cost (see below details).

For security reasons, all adroitatelier.com online purchases require a signature upon delivery.  

Handling and processing time

Please allow up to 2 business days for handling and processing your purchase.  

Expedited orders will be processed in 1 business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. On this email you will find the tracking number if you wish to follow your package.

• Delivery time in the USA and International could take longer if packages are held by your respective country's customs - make sure to stay informed on the delivery date using your tracking number sent to you 
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes
• We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays as our business days run from Monday to Friday

Orders shipped outside of Canada

Those orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at time of purchase.  Please note that all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.  International orders may be subject to their country's respective VAT. Since duties vary by country, we do not determine these fees at the time of purchase. For further information regarding International taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.

As per the United Stated Customs and Border Protection (CBP), shipments valued at $800 USD or less per day are usually duty-free for USA customers.
